Appointment

Advance booking is preferred. However, same day appointment is still accepted subject to availability. Reservation is allowed but shall be released if no confirmation is made in due course.

Arrival

When you make an appointment, your time is reserved solely for you. Should you arrive late, it will cut into your reserved time unless there is no booking after you.

No Show

The onus is on you to inform of your late arrival. If you could not be reached or nothing is heard from you after 30mins has lapsed from your appointed time, your booking is released. You stand to lose your appointment even if you have arrived thereafter eventually.

Cancellation

If for whatever reasons you would not want to proceed with the treatment upon meeting, a cancellation fee of $30 is payable for outcall service only.

Termination

Treatment can be terminated if you display inappropriate behaviour, your physical condition warrants it unsafe to continue, arising exigency on your part or the therapist or for whatever reasons you wish not to continue. If the termination is initiated by you, a minimum sum of half the treatment cost or the amount equivalent to the time consumed for the treatment if it is greater, is payable. If initiated by the therapist, only the amount equivalent to time consumed for the treatment or that deemed fair and reasonable, is chargeable.

Payment

Payment is by cash.
